As a first time tablet user, am having problems figuring out how to navigate. Documentation on how to use leaves something to be desired. Might be just me.. something as basic as dragging and dropping an icon on desired position just don't work. I've used a desktop for 20+ years & smart phones...but this is 1st tablet

Very happy with purchase. Bought during ice/snow storm in Memphis. The Best Buy team was fantastic as they were only open for pickup, they worked with me and got me what I needed, thanks very much!

This one works great, We wanted it to have maps in the car larger than on our phones. Hubby likes to "see" where we are going other than just google maps directions. It is connected with our Verizon Hum. Responsive and a good choice.

I decided to try this one because of the reviews and I already own other Samsung products. I really love it. I have been using it more than i ever used my old tablet. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great Entry Level Tablet

I bought as an open box item and was concerned after reading of another's experience (I had mine already on order) but mine looks brand new.. I did turn off the automatic adaptive brightness feature...I struggled with it at first. For me that feature was not a plus.

I bought 2 of Tab A7s to replace my S2 and my husbands smaller tablet. The young man who helped me was great; he was able to find the second tablet at another store as his store only had one in stock.
