I really didn't check this tablet out very much because I was so turned off by the dark-toned display that I just couldn't get past it. I kept checking through the settings to find a way to brighten up the images on the screen, but I didn't find anything. After searching the web for clues, I learned that this tablet was designed that way and that it would also prevent me from seeing the darker scenes in movies. It has since been returned to the store.

It's working but a little slow I thought it would respond much faster but it doesn't I would like to let the geek squad investigate on how it should work and see if there's any problems with the mechanics or electrical of it

It's too soon. At this point it doesn't seem to be a good fit for me. It doesn't have a good sound and the apps that should show in landscape are showing in portrait and vice versa.

The actual tablet looked great. It was advertised that it had all accessories. It had none....not even a charging cord and plug.

It's a decent enough tablet for the price point, a little disappointing that it doesn't have a headphone jack or SD slot. But I guess that's how it goes now.

Other then What it seems to be a slow interface the rest of the tablet feels decent, for a budget tablet it does what it’s suppose to do

there were no parking spaces at the store for people to use when they made purchases on line. I had to go into the store to get the device

this is a great tablet, except for the fact that it will not start up and we have only had it 6 months

I had high hopes for this tablet since I love my 2016 tab A. Which still works great, its just 16GB and I'm out of room. Well, this new one does not work as well! It is slow, freezes up constantly, and battery runs down quickly. The display gets darker if you slightly tilt the tablet, so I must keep it straight on to read. I also don't like the height. Its just too skinny and tall.

Much slower than I thought it would be. Added memory can only save picture data and not app data. App cache needs to cleared at least daily. Then you have to reboot it. This never happened with my old 8" Dell which I've had for at least 6 years. The problem was that it was unable to update beyond Android 4.4.2.

Ihave had nothing but trouble with this pad. It started at about 6 months. It started blinking off on about every 20 sec. I just put up with it until now. Today it started with the horizontal lines floating across the screen, and I can't do anything. I am going to try and get into Best Buys service. Overall disapointed.

Good tablet for the price. Works great the whole household likes this tablet. Battery life could be better

Meh, it is an ok tablet. It does what I need it to do but it is slow to the touch responses.

Good price for basic needs. Although is you want to have conferences with good quality on video, not recommended.

Bought brand new on Dec. 8, 2021 as a holiday gift. Opened and set up on Jan. 5 2022, Tablet bricked on Jan. 23, 2022 without warning. Black screen. Was partially registered under a Samsung Account but because IMEI wasn't put in before the breakdown no proof of warranty. Only the serial number and model was registered. Been a Samsung customer for years even through the exploding phone battery situation. Really wanted this to be a great purchase. Took me a couple weeks to decide to purchase it. The size and storage space played a big factor in my decision. But I wouldn't recommend this. Went to YT to search this happening. Guess I'm out of my money but a learned some things for future reference. Wasted money. I also bought a very nice protective case, added high quality virus/security protection.

We haven't use it yet it's a Christmas gift for our daughter. Waiting to use it

Good kids tablet. Lags less than previous model, but still will glitch.

It's overall a good tablet. Just enough to be good. Good for the budget

No usb on the tablet no case with it no headphones

Highly upset. Didn’t work once my son went to use it on Xmas day, tried to exchange for a new one they said they didn’t have anymore so I went and shipped it out to Samsung for repair and they didn’t fix it now my son is crying he doesn’t have a tablet.
