Big fan except...

Doesn’t matter what app im using, the battery percentage or what position its in. Tried may uninstalls, cache clearing, restarts, etc. Its shut off twice since typing the review. Samsung can do better.

Trouble with ad card

Frustrating constant screen locking!!!

Went through all settings to extend to 30 minutes and same issue. Will be returning as there are no longer available 250 miles from my home for pickup or delivery. Horrible experience with this tablet.

Questionable display.

Doesnt matter if i have full battery power or not, the screen just goesblack. I have to push buttons to get it to come back

Unfortunately it seems i was wrong. This tablet is smaller than my 9.7 and its advertised as 10.4. Also the front facing camera does not work at all. It says cannot connect to camera when trying to use the front camera. The battery life is half of the old tablet and overall is clunky compared to a tablet costing less over 4 years ago. I could go on but what is the point. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

OS failure, too many preloaded aps

Could be all the useless Samsung preloaded aps that I cannot move or delete. If Best Buy does not allwo a return, I will not shop with them ever again.

It likes to test your patience. It says fast charging but it's actually slow charging. I guess it's really a hit or miss with Samsung tablets. We loved our old one. Sadly we had to get it replaced.

The cover is pictured on 4 images and does not say that it is sold separately. Now we are being told it is not included after receiving it.

Samsung Tab A7 can't move apps to SD card.

Won't load certain apps!

And now they're telling me that I had only a two-week window to return this so now I'm stuck with something that I can't even use nice job Best Buy this will be the last time I'm buying something
