But I'm so mad at Best Buy that I will never set foot in their store again. I bought the unit on line, in one of their ads, because they were giving me $50.00 trade in for my old Tab 4. At the store I was told it was the wrong model. I was never asked for a model number when making the purchase. I needed another tablet so I bought it anyway. But I left the store Highly Agitated. Is this another form of "Bait & Switch?"

I had the amazon fire before and i struggled to make it work for him so we exchanged for a device/ brand we were familiar with.
