Excellent IPad I bought 3 already. Good price. I recommend it

The one star awarded for this product has nothing to do with the A7 Tablet. It works great and is a decent entry level tablet. This has to do with Best Buy online and their delivery service. Brief summary: When I purchased this item I was offered free one day delivery from a local outlet. The delivery method Best Buy used is Roadie, a subsidiary of UPS. Roadie uses independent drivers to deliver packages (similar to Uber). The package did not arrive the next day and day 2, I received a text saying it was delayed. Day 5 I receive a text stating that Roadie is delivering. Within 10 minutes I receive another text saying the delivery could not be made and the tablet was being returned to Best Buy. Best Buy customer service informed the purchase would be canceled and I would receive a full refund when the driver returned the item to the store. When I called the Best Buy they summarized the problem. According to the notes a delivery was attempted 3 times between 10:00am and 12:00pm the same day! The last delivery attempt was rejected because a child answered the door. Several problem with this issue: 1. Myself and another adult were at home during the delivery attempts 2. No Children were present. 3. Our door camera showed no delivery very attempts in that time frame or previous days. I informed Best Buy that either the driver was going to the wrong address -or- most likely lying (3 attempts in 2 hours....right...). I highly suspect the latter. What is exceptionally poor with this interaction is that no refund is issued until the item is returned to the store from the driver. In other words the purchaser assumes all the risk of delivery by an independents driver. After several interactions with Best Buy they refused to issue an immediate refund and the order status (4+ days after order) still says "preparing for Delivery". In the end I drove to a Best Buy outlet and purchased the item and the buying experience was flawless.

I bought this tablet for my daughter on November 2021, she loves it! Good quality, great price she has had it for more than 2 years. The tablet is a good size & works fast. She has never had a problem with it.

Unfortunately, my experience with Samsung products has been getting worse over the years. I bought this version on sale during black friday 2022 for eighty dollars, but it is total garbage even at the reduces price. The screen lags for about 2 seconds while unlocking/scrolling, youtube freezes after every video, and the screen either freezes or lags by 5 seconds on firefox. Understanding that this is a budget product, I bought this with the sole purpose of watching videos during cardio and would either have only youtube or firefox open (to save on RAM). Despite that, I still have issues. Considering that the S6 Lite has screen bleed issues (I also have screen bleed on my 27" Samsung monitor) I'm opting for a competitor product. It's remarkable how Samsung, a company noted for its displays (and makes them for other companies too) has serious issues with it's own products. A shame.

Got this for my sister as Christmas gift and she was happy with it. Was so pleased with the quality got mom one as well. This would be perfect if you want introduction tablet. Definitely suggest getting nice case for it, so it won’t break easily
