    This is just what we needed. It is used only to run 1 app to control a pool system. For what we need it is great. It is a little clunky to restrict it to the one app which is why I gave it 4 stars, but I would certainly recommend it. For the price, it is our best option.

    I replaced an Apple product with this tablet, and I’m very pleased with this much less expensive product. It performs every bit as good as the Apple product at a fraction of the cost.

    Great tablet at a very good price, Best Buy shipped it directly to my house after I purchased it in the store, it arrived the very next day. Very good service, better than Amazon

    The A7 is a nice tablet. I wanted something smaller as I use it primarily for reading Kindle books. The display is clear and bright. It is much faster than the Galaxy Tab A it replaced. I also like that it is USB C for charging.

    OMG, i lost this tablet when i bought it, i couldnt remember the password when found nor could i find receipt. Found receipt and was able to get password reset.

  • Liar!! - "Same Day Delivery" Became 6 Days+

    It should be a NEGATIVE-10 stars - not for the product but for Best Buy's delivery service. They promised "same day delivery" on December 23, 2023, therefore I ordered it. I anxiously waited until 8 pm. Instead of delivering my order, Best Buy delivered a message "same day delivery is no longer available, you can choose "one day delivery, which is on December 27, 2023" or "two day delivery on December 28, 2023" - The company did not even try to ship the item! WOW. Do you need to be told "you should not make a promise if you can not keep"?!! YOUR WORDS WORTH NOTHING! Shame on you!

    This is a pretty good tablet, however the print for the keyboard is very small. I don't know why they make a good sized square for the letters then place tiny letters in them. The games are the same way.
