    Josh at Best Buy at the Eagan, MN Town Center location helped us pick out the Samsung-Galaxy Tab A7 Lite 8.7. It is just what we were looking for and has been working great. However, Josh went a step further and solved our problem when we told him about our previously purchased Insignia refrigerator that needed a part replacement and we had gone through the various steps Best Buy Customer Service had advised us to do without sucess. We are grateful to Josh who helped us out.

    It came in good packaging and was easy to setup. For some reason after I finished setting up, it asked me to install updates which I found a bit odd. The video and audio quality are quite good. With the holiday discount, the tablet is good value for the price.
