I ordered the cover and ordered the wrong size. Did not get back to pick up the cover for a couple of weeks. Took it to store and was told I was a few days beyond the return period. NOT HAPPY. Bought a desk top, lap top, two tablets, and accessories from Best Buy in the past. After this reponse on the return, guess who I will not buy from again---BeSt Buy!!!!

Tried to return product but Best Buy will not process return. Best Buy will not provide replacement product or issue a refund. Just awful. Trying to figure how to address this situation.

Trouble with the power on and off

I had to return it. I was hoping it would be a decent affordable option for basic things. I imagine I got a defective one, but I didn't bother to try and replace with another one.
