It's pretty useless without instructions. I'm a novice and totally lost. Videos are fine, but I need things in print. Very disappointed.

To help me, Best Buy wanted extra money for their assistance.I called Samsung. A rep helped me over the phone for over 2 hours & i'm still not able to use it due to not all my items on my old Samsung tablet were moved over. I'm really sorry I bought it.

I get all involved watching videos , playing a game or just surfing and it shuts down. It does better flat but I'd rather not. Sometimes I want to throw it outside and drive my truck over it.
