GEK SQUAD and they were very clear on what the steps were and the screen on the tablet was broken so they sent it to Kentucky to get it either repaired or they will evaluate if we can just get a gift card to use in the store of the same amount of the tablet.

She just retired and had to return her work laptop. All she does is play bejeweled, browse the socials, and look up cook books. This device has been perfect for her needs. Extremely affordable. She can still utilize google docs and whatnot if she really needs.
