Nice size good screen very affordable compared to other tablets its size

This is an older model within the Samsung family - but if you buy the 64GB version, you will get a reasonably fast operating system, a very nice screen and an easy to hold size for reading books. I got trade-in credit for my 4 year old slow tablet and that made the price on this new one very attractive. I like the size, it works for me - book-size, lightweight. I use it as an e-reader for books at home and as an all-around web surfer, video streamer etc when traveling (yes the screen is a little small but it's a lot better than my phone). (The 32GB is not going to offer the same operating system response time. I am so glad I paid attention to other reviews and spent the extra money for the 64GB version.)

Really like Samsung products and this will replace my Nook reader added memory card and hoping to have success in getting all that i have enjoyed with that older version of this tablet.I am still working on it but seems very good so far. Good Price on Sale.

Excellent replacement for my old Fire 10HD. Beautiful display, good sound, & long battery life in a lightweight package. Get a cover & that's that!

Really great size for small hands. Good battery life and nice screen. My son uses for videos and runs those well. Not the top line specs - but it does the needed task well.

Bought this as a gift for wife to play games and shop online. The screen size is good and allows her to do these things on a larger screen than her phone. She seems satisfied as I've heard no complaints. It was priced nicely and provides everything that she needs

Honestly I like Samsung over any other product. Makes it easy to transfer from one device to another very easy. It's fast for a lower end model and camera is not the best but making a few adjustments it can take good pictures.

Nice tablet. Not Super expensive. Not to big for a smaller child to use. Does not compete with the S series tablets but it costs 1/4 of the price. Usb c charger to go along with modern android devices.

A very good tablet, once you disable, uninstall and put apps in deep sleep mode. Fast enough then. If you don't do this, then your tablet will be slower. This tablet works much better once you do the above. Some apps can't be uninstalled, well put them in deep sleep mode. Screen is very nice, and I had to opt for the Google keyboard. Samsung's keyboard is too tiny. This tablet has way more pros, than cons. I customized mine to exactly the way I wanted it. Nova Launcher makes that possible. One con, sometimes start up is slow, because of Samsung's UI. Other times not. I'm glad I bought it. And if something happens to it, I'll buy another. Just the right size. By the way, the camera is pretty good. I was surprised. Love, the day,date in the top left hand corner. Very handy. This is a steal on sale.

Great tablet size for reading e-books. Get the 64bg version for the extra gig of ram - it makes a world a difference..

Pretty nice tablet. Screen resolution is not quite as sharp as my older Galaxy S2 tablet, and the viewing angle seems to be narrower. I was surprised that there are only two built-in background images, both of which are ugly; I will have to replace with one of my own photos. The tablet size is handy, sort of like an oversize cell phone. I installed safety glass to the screen and a cover case, but again I was surprised that closing the magnetic cover does not put the tablet to sleep. Another annoyance has to do with viewing Facebook on this tablet – Facebook wants to treat the tablet's view as a cell phone, even though I have specified "desktop view". I'm not yet certain where that problem lies, whether it's an Android thing or a Facebook thing. Anyway, that's my "two cents".

I bought this as a secong tablet.. the size if perfect and screen is decent. Only thing is the performance is a little laggy/buggy. For the price its good.

An updated version of the Samsung tablet i bought about 10 years ago. A much better battery and an updated operating system. Easy set up and file transver.

This tablet replaces a Samsung Tab A 8 that was bought 4 years ago and which gave me good service. Comparing the two, the Tab A7 works very well and is fast for what I use it for (playing movies, internet, light gaming). This tablet has a 3.5mm audio jack, a micro-USB card slot, dual-band wi-fi and bluetooth. I do not use the camera so can't comment on that. The only con so far is that the screen could use more contrast. Some colors appear muted, also. Get the 64GB/4GB version instead of the 32GB/2GB one. You will need the extra memory and RAM. And you will need a case as this tablet is very slippery.

Excellent device. Easy interface. Plenty of ram and storage. Runs streaming and mobile games easily. For the price, I can't find a better option.

Bought this for my dad for fathers day he isnt a tech type person but one he opened this tablet and fell in love with it. Uses it every day battery last long and fast and smooth for his daily use.

Pretty good product so far. Easy and simple to use. I wish the camera was better quality but that's ok because it's not what i bought it for.

Don't expect amazing performance, graphics and/or features. However, for the price, it is a very good tablet. Great for kids and adults looking for a budget tablet to do browsing, watch youtube videos, e-mail and more basic stuff.
