I am having major problems tho. There has been several times when I have to type in security numbers to access my bank account or other secure web sites, it simply won't work. Then i have to use my phone. I expect this tablet to work as well as my older phone. I hope a future update will fix this.

So far, it has been great. I very much like the larger screen. It has enough memory for what I need. I did add an SD card to download larger files. It is a little laggy sometimes and only has Android 11 so far. We shall see if an update is offered for 12 or 13. No fingerprint scanner, but it does have face recognition which works most of the time.

My only issue has to do with instructions. It doesn't come with any instructions and I'm used to using an I phone so it can be challenging when trying to use an android. It is easy to use but I want to access my phone book and make phone calls. Otherwise, I recommend this tablet. I purchased it to read my emails and watch movies when traveling and it's serving that purpose well.

So, it works with all of the latest software apps. It may not be as fast as the current tablets, but I haven't had any problems streaming video or using any apps. Overall, it's a decent product for the money. NOTE: It does eat the battery capacity rather quickly. So, it would not be very good on a LONG flight without USB charging handy.

I own a Samsung A13 phone, as well as TV, etc. I like Samsung products. As well for less money I believe one day more will purchase Samsung over Apple, etc. I read online the larger screen model is better. So, I was able to return and got credit for a better model. Was a smart move.
