    This was a gift. Upon opening, everything looked fine. However, when it was time charge the device, the charger was defective. How is a brand new device, fresh from the box, have a bad charger?? Doesn’t make sense to return the entire device considering it’s only the charger that’s defective. So I suppose I have to purchase one. Better that than taking back a gift to exchange it…SMH.

    This is one of the slowest OS I have ever used. Felt like android 2009. Had 4gb of ram and still slow and glitchy. Was the second one I bought and I will never buy this tablet again.
