I bought one of these to read the Economist. It is absolutely useless, unless you like to wait forever while it loads, have it jump back and forward unpredictably. Thought, perhaps, it was defective so I sent it in for repair. Samsung said it was working to specification. Not quite as bad if you want to read an ebook. Good feature that you can add an SD card But still very slow and unresponsive. Perhaps useful if you need a doorstopper. Do not buy if you want an electronic device.

So far tablet works as it should downgraded from a Samsung Galaxy tablet that was larger screen wise but smaller storage . Hopefully this one with larger storage does the trick.

Bought this for my wife. It's working reasonably well for her, but she struggles with the technical complexity at times. We are both still learning how to use it effectively.

Everything has a 10-20 second delay. Takes so long for things to load. Even auto tilt is glitchy and not smooth with a delay. It is a garbage tablet.

This tablet is sluggish, and the operating system is an absolute mess. I've stopped using it after a month, and now it's a paperweight.

Not as easy to navigate as I had hoped. It seems a tad slow.

Excellent tablet, but usage just started by a six year old. He already dropped it twice in a child rated protect tablet case before it was ever turned on, still works. No experience yet, that's the trouble with Best Buy wanting an immediate rating.

For my needs it is works very well. It has superb GPS and also a magnetometer (Compass) that you have to get a cellular IPad to gain in that world. Getting it's bigger brother A8 as well.

It’s okay not the best but gets the job done I guess

Battery life is horrible. The battery life is really really bad. Other than that it's great for a little kid but you have to charge it every night. My other kids ipad can go for days without a charge.

Great little tablet. I usually use a laptop, but wanted something smaller to check email and do a little surfing. This is perfect for my needs, plus it is a lot easier to carry around.

Union store does not compare to Vauxhill. My 3:20 Geek Squad appt was late. The Geek Squad employee did not give me the right value back. We then went to look for a replacement tablet. Asked 1 man for help, he said Ill be right back. 20 min later, nothing. Went to the man near the door and asked for help. He said he was sending someone and we waited another 20 minutes before leaving.

Bought these for our grandchildren. These are a good value for the money. They are mid-range tablets that perform well for most users, and I trust the Samsung brand. Thank you Samsung for keeping Android tablets alive and well!

Slow slow slow sums it up. It's understandably a cheap tablet, but what's the point when it's almost unusable.

This item appears to work well and is easy to read albeit the size is a little large for hand holding. For the price it seems to function quite well and handles all we ask of it. It was easy to set up.

I guess it's OK for the price, but missing features my old Huawei M5 has, and not as powerful. Aggravating Americans can't get a powerful 8" tablet in this day & age.

This is not a review of the product since it is still in a sealed box, this is a review of the alleged price guarantee Best Buy stated on their site at the time of purchase. Paraphrasing here - If the price is lowered by Best Buy we will credit your account. The day after the product was received the price dropped for Black Friday sales. I call to have price lowered and Customer Service says call back the Monday after Thanksgiving. Ok I assume they are crazy busy. I call back after Thanksgiving and NOW they say they can only match the current price, which of course is the same. I'll only shop at the local NY area chain named after it's founder for now on.

I am using this to write this review now. I love it. It is no iPad. But, I am very happy with it and the way it integrates with all of my other Samsung devices. Highly recommended.

I'm sorry, I've given this device a good five months' chance, but it is just too darn slow. The pages load so slowly. Not always, but just often enough to be aggravating. I thought I would get used to it but... life is too short. So hard to find a good Android small tablet. I'm caving and getting an Apple Mini.

Good tablet for the kid. Bought this for my kid to replace the previous generation of the same Samsung tablet. An efficient tablet for children in my opinion. Most importantly, is not too expensive.
