It is a good product for an affordable price. Works for video chat. I also stream music through this while paired up with an external Bluetooth speaker. I am satisfied with this product.

I love it, Just right for me, I'm enjoying basic games and social media without problems.

Love this tablet. The camera takes beautiful pictures. On ZOOM calls others have noticed a positive change. Still learning all the improvements over my last tablet.

Good tablet not great kind of slow maneuvering through apps picture quality could’ve been better

Tablet was bit laggy , and watching movies in narrow letterbox format wasnt enjoyable. Good for other things not movies in my opinion. Overall though not bad deal for money.

Very difficult to copy date from older tabA to the new one. wifi didn't connect and cable plugs do not match. Will now try using Samsung cloud to transfer data & apps.

This tablet is junk. A few days after I got it, it stopped charging, so Best Buy exchanged it for a new one. The replacement ended up with the same exact issue! But this time it was too late for an exchange. Instead, I had to send it in to Samsung, which repaired it under warranty. Then the repaired tablet stopped charging too! This time, Samsung has agreed to refund me (which I'm still waiting for). Avoid this at all costs.

Nice tablet replacing an old one. Immediately updated to Android 12. I use it mainly for reading books but it does so much more.

Wonderful tablet! The right model makes the difference. My sister will use it mostly for streaming content as she is in and out of the hospital alot.

I bought this for a friend and she loves it. The camera pictures are clear and colorful. It is better than playing games on the smaller phone screen.

Slow as can be, not useful for anything but the most basic usage. I though this might replace our prior A7 that we had, but this is less than half that speed.

I g this TAB to replace an older version that I used every day until it died. This Tab is easy to use, has a great screen and other features that I haven't figured out yet!

It’s reasonably quick and value Worth its money. But it’s not on par with the latest like S series/phone with s-pen. So please keep in mind it’s a basic product. Display quality is ok.

Great tablet. I had a Samsung Tablet I used for years. It finally slowed down. No problems with the new one.

Slow. After turning unit on, it takes a long time to even load/start; it is very frustrating.

Got it as a gift for my bf to play Golf Clash! It was an epic fail! But its good for movies, chatting and surfing!

Fantastic item great for gaming and emails and has plenty of storage space for mobile tasking and work on the go. Havent tried the phone extension program but I certainly will make use of it.

It was my birthday, so I thought I would buy myself a new tablet. I already own 8 tablets, Samsung, Huawei and an Amazon Fire, 8.4" and larger. But I wanted something new and hoped this would be fresh. This Samsung is okay, but I honestly don't think it's anything special. I don't think the battery is great, the storage sucks, even with a micro SD card, and I really can't find anything different about it. I would have returned it if I'd had the energy. For now, I will probably just use it for reading, even though I also own a Paperwhite. My favorite small tablet, by far, is the Huawei MediaPad M6.

Don't purchase. As for operation it's OK, but if you drop it on a floor from about 2 feet or less like I just did the screen will crack. I've replaced the screen three times because of small cracks. Yesterday I put a 9-level screen saver on and I dropped it again and it was less than 2 feet, the screen cracked but the screen saver did not. Don't purchase.

Wife loved it, but it stopped working 28 days after it was purchased. Best Buy did exchange it though, so we'll see if the new one can last longer.
