I had purchased this same tablet for my son as well about a year ago. With the child protective case they last a good while.

We like the product. We like the covers that we got. Only thing we struggle with is Samsung's account. We don't have one.

A $49 tablet is faster and more responsive than this. Waste of $150. The touch screen takes 5 taps to do anything - it is truly awful. Only got it for the size and the brand reliability, but I'll be happier with anything but this.

This one works great for her games and audible books. Only thing i dont like is they took away the memory card slot.

It stopped working May 25. Because of Best Buys store policy (it was just out of the 15 day return warranty) Sent back to Samsung they replaced parts then returned to me. Stopped working again June 26. Returned for repair again parts replaced returned again . Today is July 13. Stopped working again!!!1 Negotiating for different model.
