    I bought the open box excellent and it was locked with someone else credentials. It is a new anti theft by Samsung. Even a hard factory reset could not fix! Lost out on the sale price when I returned it. Was shipped with no packing too! Geek Squad no help. Waste of time!

    Very slow processor which causes long waits for loading apps and websites or causes them not to load at all. Avoid at all costs. I have a phone and desktop operating on the same operating system. Display is dim except at highest setting which causes faster battery drain.
