I really like this tablet. This is the first Samsung tablet that I have purchased from Best Buy. As a blind user, I thought it would be difficult to learn how to navigate the tablet, but it was not. The top back feature that is on the tablet, in the accessible menu in settings, came with a tutorial that was easy to learn. I recommend this tablet for entertainment, navigating the web, home, use such as budgeting, journaling, and notetaking, and so much more. when I am able to do so, I will probably purchase a tablet that can do even more. until then, this one will serve me just fine.

This device was the best buy for my daughter. She loved it. Affordable price, very compact, beautiful aesthetics, long battery span, free additional apps, very easy navigation (for kids), and beautiful display. If you're contemplating on a device to get your young child, then you should go for the Samsung Galaxy A7 Lite. You could also get one of the beautiful A7 tablet cases and screen protector from Best Buy for more durability.

Great tablet for the price. Small enough to be handy, large enough for my old eyes to read. Plenty of ram and storage. Quick response, although wifi is a tad slow... Connects to N-band at 390 tops. That's still good enough for streaming. Screen is vivid, with superb touch response.

I am not an Apple fan so the ease of use is great. Performs just like my Android phone. Size is perfect for travel.

So, here's the deal: this is the best budget 8 inch Android tablet. That's not exactly a high bar to clear though as all current Android 8 inch tablets are pretty bad. If you keep your expectations in check and buy this on sale, you should be satisfied. The biggest issue is that this only has Widevine Level 3 DRM so this means that Netflix will only play in 480p, rather than the 720p that the screen is capable of. It's watchable, but grainy. Samsung, if you are reading, please make a higher end version of this tablet with a 1080p screen, midrange processor, and Widevine Level 1. I would very happily pay more money for that.
