Took it back and they gave me refund but without my point coupons so i lost 20 bucks right there. Then they didn't offer to help me get another one so i jad to go home and order it again. New one works fine.

Wish the touch screen was a bit quicker to the touch like a regular phone is.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you're buying this item or other electronic items and you do buy protection plans be sure to ask for a plan for the option of getting one or doing like I did and have them to call geek squad directly to get a protection plan for 2 years for 49.99 I was not offered any kind of protection plan whatsoever at checkout that is my only complaint please people that work at Best buy it only takes a second to ask the worst thing that can happen is somebody will tell you no. Product seems to work fine and do everything it claims to do.
