My only issue has to do with instructions. It doesn't come with any instructions and I'm used to using an I phone so it can be challenging when trying to use an android. It is easy to use but I want to access my phone book and make phone calls. Otherwise, I recommend this tablet. I purchased it to read my emails and watch movies when traveling and it's serving that purpose well.

This Samsung tablet is very easy to use if you are comfortable with the Android Operating System. This tablet is for a small child (8 years old). The screen resolution is great and the battery life is excellent. The ability to set use time limits was easy and appears to work well. Highly recommend this product.

I own a Samsung A13 phone, as well as TV, etc. I like Samsung products. As well for less money I believe one day more will purchase Samsung over Apple, etc. I read online the larger screen model is better. So, I was able to return and got credit for a better model. Was a smart move.
