Absolutely Worth It

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had been using my Samsung Tab Pro 8.4 since around 2014 when it finally died. That was a great tablet that lasted almost 8 years (I replaced the battery once) but it was time for a new one. I just wanted a basic tablet of around 8 inches and under $200. When the 64 GB version went on sale for only $130 about 6 months ago, I grabbed one. Several reviews I had read complained about the screen resolution, so I was sort of prepared for that, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with its screen. It's not Super AMOLED but it is still quite nice and easy to read. The Exynos octa-core CPU is also just fine and nothing lags while using this inexpensive tablet. It came with Android 10 but has since been upgraded to Android 11, and it can even make phone calls and texts using a wireless connection to an existing cell phone. I have absolutely no complaints - NONE - and enjoy using it especially for watching movies while in bed. I'm actually amazed that Samsung made such a nice, small tablet that can be bought for only $130. Worth every penny!
