I love how you can set time limits and what times it can be used, such an awesome feature. I also bought a case to protect it from the kids dropping it.

I was on a budget and didn’t want anything too fancy, something that I’ll use from time to time but it gets the job done.

I had to send it back to Samsung for repair. The process wasn't smooth or friendly. I got a refurbished unit in its place. I don't think it is right to get a refurb product replacement for a defective new unit. This tablet is also awfully slow now for some reason.

A lot of apps he wanted wasn't on it & the ones that were he couldn't do everything he wanted too cause the app would crash or just freeze up. This tablet has better graphics, more memory & let's him play all the games he wants. Love the parental controls cause I can do it all on my phone. Wonderful purchase & was his favorite Christmas present

It replaced an older Lenovo tablet that was just getting old and tired. Thankfully there is not a ton of bloatware apps on this one. Performance is snappy for the price so I'm quite satisfied with it so far.
