However, when it was time charge the device, the charger was defective. How is a brand new device, fresh from the box, have a bad charger?? Doesn’t make sense to return the entire device considering it’s only the charger that’s defective. So I suppose I have to purchase one. Better that than taking back a gift to exchange it…SMH.
