Great phone. I had a Samsung A6 and I was at my storage limit and the battery was not lasting a day. The battery on this phone is lasting over 3 days. Still trying to get use to the difference, but really like the phone

Great low cost tablet. Huge upgrade from a fire tablet.

SD card slot seems to be easily damaged: inserted initial SD card once, changed SD card once, and now that I want to move the SD card to my computer, the insertion tool that came with it acts like it either slides right past the lock or needs to be forced with a hard enough push that makes the handheld part of the tool almost bend out of shape.

Very handy. Excited piece of electronic. I would recommend it to anyone who likes tablet.

Purchased this for my dad, he’s a first time tablet owner. He seems to be enjoying it.

This is a great tablet. I have purchased two of them. Buy them anywhere else. I had problems with one of the tablets not charging after less than a year. Scheduled an appointment and took it in only to be told that they would not touch it or send it back to the manufacturer because they were in a disagreement with Samsung for not updating their repair equipment. This has nothing to do with me or my problem. I purchased online so I called the help center online and all you get is a call center in another country and the people can barely speak English. They just said they had never heard of a store refusing to look at it. My son had already driven 54 miles in one direction and now they wanted him to go 75 miles in the other direction and would not guarantee that it would be fixed. I said I did not want to send my son on a wild goose chase. They said that I could contact Samsung myself or take it to ubreak Ifix!!! I told them this should be their responsibility not mine. They told me they understood my frustration and their solution was they wanted to send me back to the first store that refused to fix it!! NO HELP AT ALL!! I told them I would be closing my account and NEVER purchasing from them again. I had an issue with a kindle that I purchased at Amazon and it was older than a year old and they had a brand new one on my porch the next morning. No questions asked. I know where all of my business will be going and it won't be BEST BUY/WORSE SERVICE!

Good entry level tablet for my mom in her 70s. Easy for her to set up and use for vid calling grandkids or watching streaming platforms when traveling. excellent battery life, a bit of glare on the screen.
