I decided to purchase this Samsung tablet because of the reviews and I like my samsung phone. I was disappointed to find that the phone app will not work with my phone because it is not LTE. It freezes up on some apps. Might just be a particular app though. The charging cords that come with are awful. I ended up buying a longer generic cord. One thing positive I will say is it has fantastic sound. But next time I will definitely go back to Apple.

This tablet is constantly locking up on the Samsung splash screen. This issue seems to be referred to a boot loop when I do searches for it. Holding power does nothing. Holding power and volume down randomly gets it to boot though sometimes it will get stuck again. No pending updates for the device are available. I plan to factory reset the next time it boots, but I have been trying for about an hour now with no luck. Normally, Samsung has decent tablets, but this one is most certainly a lemon and I can not recommend this product.

I still haven't received it and I have contacted best buy on more then one occasion.. it was supposedly reshipped yet I have not received it.. I totally get that stuff like this happens, but I will not be buying anything from best buy again for a very long time.. they still haven't sent out any other information about when it will be here.. I am so disappointed with this whole situation

Within 45 minutes of set up, the tablet intermittently would power off while i was using it. I had to return it. If not for the poor screen and power issues, it is a fine tablet. I decided to get S6 lite, and that has a better screen.

Im unable to factory reset it. I'm returning it because i've did everything i can. Clean up your act on used items.

It is more versitile, then the Fire. The Fire is very restrictive on the apps that it supported. The Samsung is like having a laptop, but more portable

The tablet is comprised of mostly apps that one is forced to have on their tablet! One should have a choice but that is not the case today with any of the tablets. It's mediocre at best. However, there is no better than mediocre in the marketplace, (that I know of). We especially purchased the tablet that had 128 Gigs because all the crap that is already on it when it's purchased takes up so much space!!! I don't need 95% of what it comes with but it's forced on me and everyone else. I use it mainly for my VOiP soft phone.

Samsung is just poor quality

Bought this for my son, it has been serviced by Best Buy already, and not even 2 years old, it only holds a charge for about 20 minutes. It is also extremely slow comparable to some other tablets I own.
