For a non techy person better instructions would have been nice. I was able to figure it out after a bit. Works great and does what I want. I would recommend this item.

if you are used to ipad , this is not user friendly device. I wanted to give a chance to Android and it did not get a good rating . I wasted money and my husband to whom i bought is not using it.

Never buy open boxes...... It was the only choice in our area where we could get it in an acceptable amount of time or at all, so we had no choice. We open it and it looks great, but of course there are things wrong with it. When you shut down the screen, and re open it, the sound is completely gone. You need to close and restart the apps to get the sound back. We have to go to geek squad now and drop it off and who knows how long we will be without it. Save yourself the hassle and always buy new. I wish we would have had the option.....

I purchased this for my wife and she really enjoys it! It's much easier for her to play her games or read her books on this larger screen instead of on her cell phone.

A newer version of a trusted old friend. We've used the previous Samsung tablet for more than 10 years. Same look and feel and reliability.

The ten inch galazyies only stay on for 30 seconds other than that they're pretty nice.i use them to study on jw library for our meetings.

Tablet arrived in a timely manner. Took quite a bit of time to set up but accomplished. Will be nice to have as addition to Samsung phone.

Wouldnt recommend might as well buy the tab S6 lite or if available again the tab S6 must better system for a little more

Item was purchased as a reward for a girl in our program. We use the banded method as reward and she sold to that level to obtain this item. She loves it!

It still is not complely functioning. I had to go buy a cord, case, screen protector separately and they did not even have them at Best Buy. I went for help the day after I tried to hook it up and sales person rudely just pointed me toward the Geek Desk. The guy there just asked for money first and offered no help. I have told my friends and do not intend to return to the store. I should have returned it the day I went for help.

I have always had Samsung Tablets, and this one did not disappoint. Had no problems with set-up; it was up and running in no time.

This is a nice tablet but the screen colors are not the best when streaming. No big deal, just best to know it before. Still great quality for the price.
