Returned to Best Buy and their suggestion was to return the tablet to Samsung. Best Buy was unanle to replace the 128 gb 4mg ram configuration.

My old galaxy S2 is better than this, there's no fingerprint scanner, the picture color is basic and doesn't have the option to adjust. For being a fast processor with good ram it's still slow. Just hours out of the box and being set up with all my apps and tools and getting nowhere with this, I was back on my old S2. This is being returned, it is completely useless.

No prime video app.

Mainly purchased to play videos from that app. Can't play that. Making tablet pointless. Bad picture quality for newer videos. Videos the the 80's and 90's look fine though since it's lower quality. Freezes constantly. Takes an extreme length of time to turn on. Everything else i didn't until the prime app stopped working. Not worth the investment.

I have checked the charger, the charging port, tried turning it off but it won't turn off and all updates are current. I didn't purchase an extended warranty because I have never had a problem with any of my tablets, I guess it's always a first time. Now I'm stuck with paying for something that doesn't work.

It freezes upwhen I go to web sites, will turn off out of the blue. No I am very unhappy with it. My old tablet which was a Samsung never did this.
