I've had a Samsung phone for years, without any issues, so thought I'd be safe getting a tablet. I couldn't have been more wrong. This is by far the worst device purchase I've ever wasted money on. Constantly kicks me off of wi-fi, and no it's not a wi-fi issue, it's the tablet. I have to restart my tablet every 15-20 minutes just to reconnect to wi-fi. Taking a screenshot is more complicated than it needs to be, requires pushing the power button and volume button at the same time, instead of having a simple option when you swipe down the functions menu. Fix the screenshot, I'd give 2 stars. Fix the wi-fi connect/reconnect, I'd give it 4 stars. Fix both, I'd give it 5 stars. But it's a waste of money to have a tablet that can't stay connected to the internet.

We see that you have already made sure to reset your tablet, which is a good start. We also recommend resetting your AP or Router. If it doesn't have a power switch, remove the power cable for 30 seconds. Make sure the AP or Router is transmitting the network SSID, or manually add a network if it does not broadcast your network SSID. Finally, try connecting to the network again to see if it works. It may be necessary to manually add the network if it is hidden, or requires special settings. If this persists, please reach out to us at support to further assist you. -Kelvin
