This tablet is very disappointing, it is very slow and will not stay connected to the WiFi network. Samsung needs to do better.

My daughter needed it for her classroom and wanted something that was not expensive and needed it to be able to do her work for reporting student information. It has been great.

She has a Samsung phone so she was familiar with the set up but is very pleased with using the tablet to search the web than her phone.

If ive left it on, and go back to play with it again i have to hold it at an angle to get it to stay on. And sometimes i have to hold the power and down volume buttons down to get it to respond at all. And it wont save any of my progress.

Nice out of the box, 100% failure in 3 months

Its all I have ever bought for myself including phones, tvs, appliances etc. Highly disappointed in this prouct. This is the 2nd one in a year that has crapped out on me. First one was 11 months after purchase. 2nd one is 3 months after purchase. 3 months old and its already garbage! Will never buy another Samsung tablet ever again.
