Every year around this time (Thanksgiving) it stops charging or wont come on at all. So I’ll be buying another brand this year. I wouldn’t recommend buying this tablet

Great Product - Bad Geek Squad

When the item arrived, it didnt had the wall adapter and a non original charger was provided, but worst of all, THE ITEM WAS LOCKED. Cuatomer service wasnt able to fix it via phone and instire either. I ended up just buying a new tablet. Geek Squad need to check their products before taking them back and puting them back for sale.
