I've had Galaxy phones for 15 years, and have had an Active 2 for two years, and thought I'd never go away from Samsung products. I've had this tablet for less than a week and it is borderline worthless. It is insanely slow to start, will not allow apps that require the internet to function even with a strong connection, and will populate error messages saying that there is no network when other devices (to include my Galaxy S20) are connected on the network and functioning perfectly and fast. This tablet is INFURIATING and a huge waste of money. I don't understand how it could have such good reviews.

Tried multiple plugs/chargers and still does not turn on. I did not receive any assistance from geek squad/Best Buy because the geek squad employee was arguing with a different customer during my reserved appointment time. Tablet was gently operated by an elderly woman who barely used it and the device was always stored in a protective case.
