Not happy with my purchase

Long charge time

I am using the cord and charger it came with, I started at 23% and 3 hrs later still not fully charged, and I am not using it while charging. Bought a Samsung 128 gb SD card, formatted it, it shows it for external storage but I can't switch anything over to SD card. I've downloaded some games from Google Play and they went on internal storage, which is half eaten up with preloaded apps. No way to switch over. Even my pics won't save to SD. I'm not new to Android, but I am new to Samsung. Hope I don't regret not staying with Motorola.

One kind man
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The guy that helped us at the Garland Groh best buy in Hagerstown MD was AMAZING. we walked in there at first and no one could point us in the directions of the tablet that we wanted. This guy walks up, very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. We explained this was for our autistic daughter and he helped us right away and helped point us in the right direction of a case too. We loved our experience
