Our tablet stopped charging after just 6 months of use. I sent it to Samsung for repair, but they refused to fix it and voided the warranty, citing excessive charging and a damaged port. I followed standard charging practices, plugging it in when the battery was low and removing it when fully charged. This should be considered normal wear and tear, and it's unacceptable for the charging port to fail after only 6 months of regular use. Unfortunately, the repair team seems determined to avoid replacing or repairing the tablet by voiding the warranty and holding me responsible for the repairs. This is a clear product defect. It's worth mentioning that this is actually my third tablet, and the previous two also experienced charging port issues, although they lasted for over a year. The customer service has been extremely poor, showing no willingness to go above and beyond. If you're looking for a tablet that will only last 6-12 months, then this is the one for you. However, if you want a tablet with a longer useful life, I would recommend considering an Apple product instead. I strongly advise staying away from this tablet.

I love it but i went in store they said they had it in stock but they didn't and had to wait for a week to get it in the mail

Its not a bad tablet. I bought mine to do emails and pay bills that were just hard to do on my phone due to the screen size. I have been working away from home and don't get back to use my normal computer every month. For the most part it has done this task flawless. The only issues have and are, it takes what feels like forever to boot up, and there is one site that the security doesn't like android version of chrome's browser. That is the only con i have found. It plays videos and streams excellent.

I really like this tablet it does not overheat like the previous one. All in all great purchase.

Its a great tablet. Just don't like the headphone jack being at the bottom if I want my screen vertical.
