Very good option if you're not looking to buy brand new / the newest models.

I love Samsung tablets and this one is no exception. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that sometimes there's a delay for the screen to switch from portrait to landscape. I'll turn it and it'll sometime take a few seconds to switch. The other reason is that the battery seems to drain faster than I like. I'd still buy this 10 times out of 10.

Bought one of these for my grandmother and decided to buy 2 more for family members for Christmas. Everyone loves theirs. Really good battery life. Runs very well.

This item exceeded my expectations. Much improved over the Samsung purchased at Best Buy when store was located in Hooksett, New Hampshire. My battery had died so I needed another tablet.

I love the size. I am still having some difficulty opening it.

You would think that this tablet cost twice as much as the original price. It's very easy to set up and my kids love it. I think best buy is really the place to shop for electronics.

Works well for the price. Not the fastest tablet but it's fine for internet browsing and for the purpose we bought it for which is sheet music for an instrument on staged performances.

You can buy Samsung many places,at best buy it may be more but the services and fallow up are unheard of. Product works like the rep said it would. The prior one i bought 6yrs ago outdated itself.

Set up keeps getting easier with Samsung tablets! My mom many states away received the one i mailed for Christmas and she was up and going in minutes without help! Thats a miracle!!!

This tablet is a classic. It may not be state of the art or fancy but it is user-friendly. I use it for email, kindle, surfing the web, and basic office skills like a letter or spreadsheet.

I appreciate the ease of the purchase and the product. The product is an android and that's what i learned to use technology on. I would recommend if anyone wants a good product and good prices, too check out Best Buy!

This tablet is great. My husband needed a new one his other Samsung he had for 6 years and had gotten very very slow. We purchased this one as an updated version. He loves it.

I basically use it as a reader tablet and it works fine for that. I does seem to take forever to start up though. I purchased it as an open box, so I don't know if that was the reason it was returned.
