Love my new tablet. It has been several years with my old one & it no longer works so got this one.

Total pile of crap, slow and useless. Best Buy however was great in returning, as per usual.

I love this tablet. I use it to control all my smart devices and use it as a smart dashboard.

I love this tablet. This is replacing a Tab7 and there is a world of difference. The response is very fast.

I originally bought the Tab A8 as an open box in excellent condition and while it was physically excellent, using it for test runs in the first few hours the screen malfunctioned and there were what looked like digitized discolored thick lines throughout the screen. I went in store to buy a new one since the sale was priced closely to the open box price. Upon the first few hours of use, I noticed the screen registering ghost taps and there was one instance where it was difficult for me to restart the device since the screen registered many different touches. I restarted and updated it and haven't ran into that problem ever since, but it is something significant to note. The build quality is not what I'd expect from a big brand like Samsung and at this price range. The right edge of screen where the glass meets the back is not smooth on my particular tablet, and you can see rough edges of the plastic. My criticism stops around there because the system itself is what I expected and needed for just casual use and streaming. The resolution on video streams are at least HD for most of the time and refresh rates are fine. I opted for Samsung's Tab A8 since I've had good experiences with their products in the past and the A8 is supposed to have future updates for a few years, but this is the worst Samsung product I've used in while. For the price I paid, it's okay but there a lot of lower tier tablets I'd try first before buying another Samsung Tab.

Love the size and screen but freezes and gets glitchy a lot with simple things like Netflix

This is my preferred brand for tablets. I have owned several Samsung Tablets. Very pleased with this item.

My little niece loves this product. Very durable after all the drops it’s endured. There’s no cracks on the tablet.

Perfect for my treadmill running. Great for streaming on wifi or checking social media.

I have purchased several Samsung devices including four or five tablets. They have all been great products.

Overall happy with Samsung tablets. Only detractor is that the camera is on the side. Thus startup configuration is landscape mode by default.
