    Very sad purchase. I buy this as excellent open box, the tablet come already linked to a personal account. I am not able to configurate or use the tablet. The worst, this is a gift for my son who lives in mexico, now a im not able to return it

    Don't bother buying from this store. They provide no warranty service for this Samsung tablet purchased in December. Having to deal with Samsung. Thanks for the hassle Best Buy. I will never buy anything from them again.

    Not happy at all when I placed an order it was because online said it would be ready for pick up on Friday Dec22nd and NOW all of a sudden it will not be ready for pick up until the 29th if I knew that I would have ordered with someone else.
