    Bought this as a gift and the person I bought it for is enjoying the device. The only complaint is that the device loads slow when you power it on. For general browsing, streaming etc. it works well.

    Third samsung i have purchased; wish i had listened to my family and purchased ipad. It has the same issues my last one had. Continuously closes screen after logging in. Takes two to three attempts to get an account to stay open. Once you are logged in a small 3 by 4 inch screen opens up, which is what you type on. Tried calling best buy no one answers the phone. Went into the store, spent 30 minutes trying to find somebody to help and answer my questions. I finally left.
