Nice tablet

This is second Samsung tablet he has had. He loves it. Only got new one as his old one couldn’t be updated any longer.

It has the same issues my last one had. Continuously closes screen after logging in. Takes two to three attempts to get an account to stay open. Once you are logged in a small 3 by 4 inch screen opens up, which is what you type on. Tried calling best buy no one answers the phone. Went into the store, spent 30 minutes trying to find somebody to help and answer my questions. I finally left.
