However, it’s a great budget tablet for browsing, streaming media and some light gaming. Don’t expect to hold much on it with its built in memory. You will need to buy expanded storage.

What I really dislike is the placement of the camera. When using the power and volume buttons your fingers rub across the camera lens. This can cause smudges on the lens. Start up time is also too slow. I also don't like to have to push the power button in order to refresh the screen. What was wrong with tapping the display?

I chose the GT A8 because it runs Android 11 and Samsung promises an upgrade to Android 12, so the OS version will match her phone. We've had good luck with all our Samsung home electronics, so I like the quality.

Quality video/sound Only issue is the app to add feature doesn't work for almost all applications. It won't read my 256gb card unlocked no matter the format. I got what I paid for

I have had it just 27 days and it won’t turn on and all Samsung will do is for me to send it in to them for repair. Yes it will be under warranted this time but not after a year. I will be without it for something like over two weeks. They can’t even provide some one locally to repair it under warrantee. Only store return policy applies which was only for two weeks. This is clearly a lemon and Samsung should have authorized a return refund. I will never buy a Samsung product of any kind ever again.
