Doesnt last more then a year

Every year i need to get a new one. They seem to die a month after the year mark. Although it worked well while i had it. But i find it crazy for over $200 it only last a year. Definitely dont recommend.

Worst purchase I can remember.

When I try to get hold of Best Buy I get stuck in a loop with Best Buy saying it's shipped and nothing else. I have never seen customer service so bad in my life and I am 71 years old. I went to the store and they gave me a number to call. I called the number and a guy had an Indian accent so thick I could hardly understand him. He assured me I would have my tablet on the 21st. I recalled that same number and the person told me I will have my table in a few days. I don't have my tablet and it's now the 23rd and too late for Christmas at this point. This has been EXTREMELY frustrating.

Best TV ever

Warranty ran out and we could do mouthing get it fixed. We decided to buy SAMSUNG and I am so happy about it. The TV has been working like Champ. It is easy to sync with other devices and the quality is just amazing

No IMEI number so I cant add it to my network carrier. I live in a remote rural area and have good data coverage but wifi is horrible and not available most if the time. I was told I had to bring it in to store...well that's more than 4 hours away, no can do.
