    We had a glorious SONY and it just went black after 2 years. Warranty ran out and we could do mouthing get it fixed. We decided to buy SAMSUNG and I am so happy about it. The TV has been working like Champ. It is easy to sync with other devices and the quality is just amazing

    I ordered this table on Black Friday. I still don't have my tablet. When I try to get hold of Best Buy I get stuck in a loop with Best Buy saying it's shipped and nothing else. I have never seen customer service so bad in my life and I am 71 years old. I went to the store and they gave me a number to call. I called the number and a guy had an Indian accent so thick I could hardly understand him. He assured me I would have my tablet on the 21st. I recalled that same number and the person told me I will have my table in a few days. I don't have my tablet and it's now the 23rd and too late for Christmas at this point. This has been EXTREMELY frustrating.

    Wasnt made clear that this tablet was wifi ONLY. No IMEI number so I cant add it to my network carrier. I live in a remote rural area and have good data coverage but wifi is horrible and not available most if the time. I was told I had to bring it in to store...well that's more than 4 hours away, no can do.

    Convenient for those times I don't want to use my laptop. Display is good, performance is good, just that I was told that Android 12 would be the OS after the updates. But, still on Android 11. Battery life could be better. Otherwise, is a good tablet.

    Was a good investment at the time however even though this was a new device it seems to be malfunction often, by the screen going to sleep... Even with settings adjusted and all was reviewed this issue is ongoing
