Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Your tablet may not turn on if you are not charging it properly. But on the other hand, it may not turn off if it's completely frozen. If it's not responding to you pressing the power button, please take a look at, "Samsung phone or tablet will not power on or off" to conduct some simple troubleshooting steps to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your Galaxy Tab A8. Tried it on xbox game pass and ps now. It runs the games smooth but resolution is not great. It looks like your playing in 480p. Yes i know its a budget tablet but ive seen other budget tablets run stream gaming better than this. For everday use and streaming movies is great. It you looking game on it, i would move to something better.
