"Blacks" are not black when watching (Netflix, YouTube...). Overall performance is dismal.

The sound buttons don't always work either. In order to have it looked at by BestBuy, I now have to make an appointment. They'll look at it, send it out to be "fixed", return it 2 months later, and it will still have the same problem. By then, it will be passed the warranty period so BestBuy has no more obligation with a product bought from them. How do I know this?- been there before : (.

This tablet is trash!

Now with Best Buy only giving a 15 day window for returns I'm stuck. The tablet turns off and on by itself. I thought it was the case since it seem to stay on without the case it still turns off and on with a different case. It also go into airplane mode by itself and the display randomly dims. $300 buck down the drain

Last week I paused a movie and it never worked again, It is not the first time I have problems with Samsung. Let's see how the guarantee responds. Would never recommend it. FaceID is terrible, response is average to poor. Only good thing was the price, but looking at the 3 month life, it's looking expensive,

Cheaper ways to buy a paperweight

It now won't turn on and I'm "outside the permissible return" timeframe...there are cheaper ways to buy a paperweight.
