    it was a good tablet, but the only thing I really didn’t like was it was so slow whenever I wanted to watch or play games

    With in 17 days this tablet broke and Best Buy only gives 14 days to return items. I would not recommend Samsung or Best Buy to anyone

    It's a good enough tablet for anyone

    This tablet is okay, there is nothing special that jumps out but its also not horrible to use. If you can catch it on sale its worth the price especially if you are comparing it to an amazon fire tablet. At the regular price I would look at a google pixel tablet. Setup was easy and the tablet updated right away. The screen is easy to read, watch tv, and play games. Battery life is actually great, I watched youtub tv for about 8 hours on a medium brightness and the battery still had plenty of life left. The built in speakers can get loud and did not distort at higher volume. Also, it does have a built-in headphone jack! I didn't realize this when I purchased but was so happy when I saw it. There is also a slot for an SD card. Here is why I gave it three stars. The camera is horrible, like not even worth trying to use horrible. I wasn't expecting an award winning camera, but come on Samsung my old Galaxy note 8 took better pictures. The second reason, you cannot disable or delete the samsung galaxy app store. Its redundant to have two app stores. However, that's not the issue, at first the galaxy app was downloading random apps to the tablet. I was able to turn that off, but I still get notifications about apps I might like. I have not found a way to turn this off and its frustrating as I do not need "AD's" on my tablet. Lastly samsung UI is fine but the stock android UI is clean and just works. I personally have started migrating away from samsung products because of the skin they put over android that just slows down the phone. I would personally look at the google pixel tablet as you get the full android experience without the bloat that Samsung puts on their devices. I didn't buy this device to leave a bad review but wanted to be honest in my findings. I also have an ipad air and use the galaxy a9+ at work to watch movies/tv and play games once in a while and it works perfectly for that use.

    The device is fine but it came with an offer of 3 months of You Tube premium which had expired before we bought the device. Contacting BB custmer Svc. Did not help, they basically said call You Tube. After several calls we were told BB had ceased funding that offer yet they continue to advertise it.

    I’m paying for something that I never get

    I bought before my trip, I never get on time, was delivered the same day of my trip, I’m not at home until July. I call for cancel this item before, several times someone call me back and say no problem we will put the money back in your account but this never happens

    Worst tablets ever. We have always had samsung tablets, but these take forever to charge and are continuously dying

    7 months of light use and completely dead. No damage physical or liquid. Whole Samsung family with only Samsung branded charger used.

    This is an updated vers9ion of a tablet that my wife has (which I did not like-screen too small, battery hog). This updated version is no better. I returned it after trying make make it work for me for a week.

    At this stage I am unable to review the item. After placing my over 25 days ago the product it yet to be delivered. Delivery has been rescheduled over 5 times. Dispite the excessive delay I have not been afforded any explanation.

    I never gets that item, I called to say that I didn’t get, costumers service say they will cancel since the tracking number didn’t show up. They cancel but still they put it in my credit card
