    Unreliable. Purchased on May 24, 2024. Stopped connecting to wifi on November 8, 2024. Samsung tech support tried everything before issuing a repair repair/replacement, but I'm not optimistic. It was brilliant when it worked, but 169 days is a very short lifespan.

    battery goes dead after 4-5 hours of use Charge battery to 100 % didn't use for two days down to 50% when I went to use it. Battery is junk

    Fine for media viewing, but borderline unusable for even lite gaming. My son was unable to play Roblox on this tablet - a Google search indicates his experience was not unique.

    With in 17 days this tablet broke and Best Buy only gives 14 days to return items. I would not recommend Samsung or Best Buy to anyone

    7 months of light use and completely dead. No damage physical or liquid. Whole Samsung family with only Samsung branded charger used.

We hate to see that you haven't been able to power your tablet up. Products sold by Samsung are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the limited 12-month warranty period specified for each product. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. Your phone or tablet may not turn on if you are not charging it properly. But on the other hand, it may not turn off if it's completely frozen.     This is an updated vers9ion of a tablet that my wife has (which I did not like-screen too small, battery hog). This updated version is no better. I returned it after trying make make it work for me for a week.

    At this stage I am unable to review the item. After placing my over 25 days ago the product it yet to be delivered. Delivery has been rescheduled over 5 times. Dispite the excessive delay I have not been afforded any explanation.
