Samsung's claim of a one-year warranty is a lie. When I got the unit, it was slow to charge. I figured that's just how it was, but it has continued to get worse and worse, in the 4.5 months that I've owned it. Now it takes me several hours to charge it enough to use it. Clearly the item is defective, and BestBuy agreed when I took it in. But they said I had to go through Samsung, who wants me to pay $99 up front for them to decide whether they think it's covered. I have taken very good care of the unit and it looks almost new. The unit is probably fine if you don't get a lemon, but don't put any stock in their so-called "warranty," because it's worthless.

Runs fine but Dont let the battery die. Battery could be better. Fast charge from 0 to 100 takes about 6 hours.

This budget tablet is wonderful for everyday use for watching videos, reading books and checking emails.

I really like the S9+ tablet from Best Buy, because i have a Galaxy Note Ultra 20. It's has Ring, it's has everything i would've like even to call and receive calls. The battery life needs work.

Its okay. Didn't know like that i was told to put in sd card which gave wrong directions to put in now stuck inside. Sometimes doesn't respond to touch.

It seems like a good tablet, but was a little hard for me to setup as I am not tech savvy. I am still not sure if I was able to register my product warranty.

This was an upgrade from my previous tablet. Love the brand and functionality.

Bought this for my wife. She seems to be happy with it, so that makes it a 5 star to me! Also reasonably priced.

This tablet is great if you are looking for an everyday multi use tablet. Its not going to run any high graphics or anything that needs extensive processing power but if you know that going into it you will be very satisfied with it. Only downside is no stylist support (s-pen or otherwise).

I purchased for my lady, and she loves it. She has connected her cellphone to the tablet and does a lot of work-related tasks on it. So far, the tablet is working flawlessly.
