We value your feedback as we strive to improve our product line, based on consumer feedback. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy phone or tablet is draining quickly and doesn't seem to charge at all, doesn't charge past 80% or 85%, doesn't charge when connected to a PC, or doesn't charge when connected to Samsung DeX. There are a couple of things that may be causing the problem. For example, you may simply need to replace a worn out USB cable, or make sure you're using the correct charger. Check out, "Samsung phone or tablet will not charge" to help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your tablet. We have been very good customers of Best Buy over the years (televisions, computers, printers, etc.) I ordered this a Samsung tablet for my husbands for his birthday. It arrived July 12 and I gave it to him for his birthday in early August. It would turn on and you could play games for a while, then the screen would go black. It would eventually come back on, but you do not know for how long. We took it back to the North Olmsted store. The clerk said no problem, they would exchange it. Then he said oops, there is a 14-day limit on returns. He called the manager who said too bad and refused to talk to us. When I got home, I called customer service and got the "Too Bad" answer. The moral of the story is "Don't buy a present from Best Buy because you will not be able to return it if it breaks or doesn't work.
