This happens intermittently but makes the tablet unusable. I am having a hard time finding how to get this repaired under warranty from Samsung who want to charge over $100 to repair the device.

He's having a little trouble with upgrading from 2016 model samsung tablet to a 2024 model. But its user error. I think the tablet is fine.
