Looks can be deceiving

DISSASTISFIED -- DEFINATELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Battery life is abysmal and charging time just as bad. The term "smooth scrolling" does not apply. The screen is "jerky" and lags between screens. Well over half the time, I get a "cannot load media" when trying to stream. If the unit has been off for a day, when it's restarted, it delivers all the notifications from the previous day, even though they had been cancelled on my phone. It takes over four minutes to load a web-based app that loads on my Samsung Galaxy phone in about 15 seconds. I bought an SD card to increase storage, only to find that you cant store programs or apps there - so it was a waste of money since all my data is cloud based. This was recommended to me as a "good quality low budget tablet." I found out that you get what you pay for!!

When you have some free time in your schedule, check out, "Galaxy Battery - Optimization," "Apps are draining battery on Galaxy phone or tablet," and "Get the most out of your Galaxy phone or tablet battery" for a wealth of helpful tips and tricks on extending the life of your Galaxy battery. You can get smoother scrolling and more realistic animations by increasing the screen’s refresh rate. Here's how: > From Settings, tap Display > Motion smoothness. > Tap an option, and then tap Apply. Feel free to check out, "MicroSD cards and your Galaxy phone or tablet" to learn about what type of microSD card would be best for your needs as well as what content can be transferred. Withotu having more details available regarding what you may be experiencing with your tablet and without being able to probe further, I recommend contacting Support for further assistance and/or help with troubleshooting your device. Terrible quality

Don't bother...

Glitchy, twitchy & freezes up. It charges really well which is a plus as your gonna be wasting time & effort waiting for this tablet to snap out of the fog & start performing. I absolutely hate Apple but if you want a tablet.......

With screen protector i increased sensitivity but i have trouble with i still. Also if its laying flat I cant push anything...i have to pick it up and face me

Not worth it to me, anymore.

I took that one back and bought another one. I loved it at 1st, 4 months later the battery stopped charging. I can't find the receipt and the store said I had to produce the receipt if I wanted a refund or exchange. Now I'm looking for a different tablet. Good luck to everyone who bought one, hopefully, you will not have any problems.

For example, you may simply need to replace a worn-out USB cable, or make sure you're using the correct charger. Not a good tablet

It sometimes doesn’t turn on, resulting in pressing multiple buttons to force a reboot. 3. Has audio problems when it comes to using headphones or anything plugged into it. 4. Sometimes unresponsive to touch. Would much rather have bought an iPad or a Mini PC rather than this. At least with those I’ll know the quality I’m getting.

I'm stuck with it.

Having a separate cover, separate keyboard, etc is not convenient for me at all. It's cumbersome setting it up, irritating to attempt to keep it stable. Now that I've come to this conclusion... I see it's non returnable. Great...

Another Defective Samsung

Refuses to power on correctly. Efforts to factory restart have failed. Considering we've purchased ~3 Samsung Galaxies and they have all done variations of this same thing, I think we're done purchasing them at this point. Shame on me for thinking Samsung makes something that is not crafted out of duct tape and silly string.
