This is very frustrating. Wasn't explained until after the 3rd time that because of banking issues I had to have a password set. This item was a gift for my 82 year old mother and it's really hard for her to remember passwords. That makes things difficult for her.

For about the same price it is a great upgrade. It is much faster with no noticeable lag when olening aps or web browsing.

For instance, removing the pin so I don't have to sign in every time I use it. I don't need the pin!!! One good thing about it is that it recharges very quickly. I do like that feature. Also don't like that it won't give me the notifications that I said were okay! Not really happy with it.
