I gave this 1 star, not because it was sluggish, I knew that going in, no, it gets 1 star because it just suddenly stopped working. I tried all of Samsung's troubleshooting steps and could not revive it. If you're looking for a "cheap" tablet, I suggest looking to spend just a bit more to get something better.

Now I need a tablet so I researched the issue and went through all the steps of resetting it and nothing works so I've decided I was sold a tablet with a dead battery or damage.
